You may propose a session that focuses on the topics outlined above. Proposed sessions will be 1 hour in length.

Proposals must include:
1. Contact information (including a valid home/summer address and email address as communications
regarding the conference will be made by mail or email up until the date of the conference.
2. Conference Strand
3. Title of Session
4. Level of Session
5. Session description (maximum 50 words) appropriate for use in the conference program.
6. Brief narrative (maximum 150 words) including a summary of the content of the presentation, presentation techniques (hands-on, lecture, Power Point, processing time, etc.) to be used.
7. Audiovisual equipment needed for the session.
8. Presenting experience—past presentations you have made (up to 3) including title, audience and site of presentation.
9. Co-Presenters, if any.
