Reading Labs
Develop powerful reading labs that close the achievement gap for secondary at-risk readers. The Carbo Reading Lab at Immokalee High School reported a two-year gain in reading comprehension in only 7 weeks! If you want to make a difference in the lives of at-risk readers at the secondary level, this is the training your teachers need. The fee for a one-day training is approximately $1950, plus the trainer’s expenses. The materials and equipment needed to start a lab cost approximately $2,500. A limited number of 3-day training sessions are available. Our 3 days of training provide important concepts to lab teachers, model interview and teaching techniques with students, and recommend specific equipment and reading materials needed. |
